A versatile Bathroom Vanity available in 24", 30" and 36" width. Each leg is turned from a solid piece of wood in a small Amish shop. The legs are attached to the rails using mortise and tenon joinery and secured using round pine pegs. The drawer knobs are hand turned from local walnut.
Normally found in Lancaster County Pennsylvania. Dry Sinks were used to wash dishes (in a dishpan) and for storage in the farm house kitchen. Dry sinks normally had a recessed area to hold the dishpan, which we have adapted to accommodate a standard top. Our cabinet is constructed of solid pine beaded board with Antique pinewood for the base and the top. The door latches are wood turns with pine wood pulls. The hinges are flush mounted and are painted in the finishing process. The interior of this cabinet has a shelf.

The Granary Table Bathroom Vanity's design was based on a working table in a Granary where grains raised on the farm where bagged and stored prior to milling. The legs are created from two inch black iron pipe waxed to help prevent rust and to build a patina. The top and shelf are built from antique pine roofers with the aprons nailed together with cut nails.
The Iron Masters Chest Bathroom Vanity design was based on our Pie Safe Vanity, with increased storage area. It was named for the type of furniture you might have found in the workshop of the small iron forges that were manufacturing iron implements along the Octorara Creek, which divides Chester and Lancaster counties, in the 1800's.

The Milk House Cupboard Bathroom Vanity is a heavily distressed cabinet, which replicates a typical storage cabinet used in the milk room of an Amish barn. Our cabinet is constructed of solid Antique pinewood with a hand cut wood turn latch and a hand turned walnut knob. The top of the cupboard has a rounded front that extends 2" beyond the base at the center of the cabinet. Please note that this unit is 30" high to accommodate a vessel configuration.
The Pastry Cabinet Bathroom Vanity design is based on an old-fashioned kitchen cabinet found in an antique shop in Lancaster County, PA. The top is designed with moulding to accept either a wood or stone top. The cabinet may be used as a vanity or a pastry station, in which case we suggest a white Vermont marble top. The door contains six lights and is fitted, and hand glazed, with reproduction antique glass. The interior is fitted with one adjustable shelf.
The Pie Safe Bathroom Vanity is a replica of a Pennsylvania Dutch pie storage cabinet. These cabinets were used to keep newly baked pies safe from mischievous children and other critters that might make their way in to the country kitchen. Our cabinet has solid wood doors, many originals had pierced metal doors, and is beautifully set off by black hammered forged iron hinges, pulls and swing latch. The tapered legs are beaded on the outside corners.
The Sewing Table Bathroom Vanity is a diminutive replica of an antique sewing table and is designed to fit into those tight spaces often found in old homes. This sample is manufactured from Antique Chestnut. Each leg is turned from a solid piece of Chestnut in a small Amish shop. The legs are attached to the rails using mortise and tenon joinery and secured using round pine pegs. The drawer knobs are ceramic with a flower motif.
The Strasburg Commode Bathroom Vanity is based on a Country French antique design. Each leg, including each rear leg, is fluted from a solid piece of antique wood. A five inch shelf supported by brackets runs across the back of the vanity.
The Summer Kitchen Bathroom Vanity design was based on a summer kitchen found in a 1700's stone farmhouse in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Summer kitchens were used for processing and canning the produce from the farm for winter use. This particular summer kitchen with 3 kettle locations was built on the exterior of the farmhouse, utilized the same chimney as the main house, and was enclosed with antique German siding.
The Tribeca Bathroom Vanity is a contemporary piece of furniture utilizing antique Chestnut with a modern polished metal leg thus incorporating the old and the new. The legs are 4" high and adjustable. The case is solid Antique Chestnut on all four sides. The unique S shaped door configuration is opened via a push latch; there is no door hardware.
The Work Table Bathroom Vanity is a duplicate of a simple farm table found in farm out-building and was used for many tasks, from canning to gardening. The legs are constructed form solid wood planks with simple pine pegs. The shelf is glued up from solid wood and is attached to the interior of the legs.
